Shop 4 : The Paint Department

Our environment controlled down draft booth is state-of-the-art. Here we can control humidity within 1/10th of 1 percent and the temperature within 1 percent between 70 and 170 degrees.

As a result, we can ensure the best finish by adjusting humidity and temperature to meet each product's specifications.

Built-in baking ovens allow us to cure the paint the same way it's done at the factory.

By controlling the environment we can control the flow of the paint producing a glass like finish minimizing the amount of color sanding required to obtain perfect results.
